1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Apinu, the app discovery platform located at apinu.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please discontinue use immediately. We may update the Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you affirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content and materials presented on the Platform, including but not limited to the design, branding, software, text, images, and underlying code, are owned by Apinu or licensed to Apinu. The aggregation of content and the Platform’s structure are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you do not modify, reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from the content without our express written consent. User-submitted content to the Platform remains your property, but by submitting content you grant Apinu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and publish such content in connection with the Platform, consistent with your privacy settings and applicable law.

3. Third-Party Links

The Platform may include links to apps and services hosted on Google Play or other third-party platforms. Apinu does not host, control, or maintain these apps; nor do we guarantee their availability or accuracy. Third-party terms of service, privacy policies, and security practices apply to all linked content, and your use of such content is at your own risk. While we may receive referral or promotional considerations from third parties where permissible, such arrangements do not imply endorsement of any particular app or service by Apinu, and our reviews and recommendations remain our own.

4. Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” APINU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND SECURITY. We do not guarantee that the Platform will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Information presented on the Platform may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Your use of the Platform and reliance on any content is at your own risk. IN NO EVENT SHALL APINU OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF APINU AND ITS AFFILIATES FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO APINU FOR THE PLATFORM IN THE THREE CALENDAR MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
